Jodie Sweetin: Engaged to Morty Coyle! Jodie Sweetin got THE BEST SURPRISE gift at her 29th birthday party in Los Angeles Tuesday night – an engagement ring from Morty Coyle! The actress' boyfriend and the father of her baby daughter Beatrix proposed to her in front of all their party guests at the Kibitz Room in L.A. "It was a complete surprise," Sweetin said. "We are thrilled and I am in shock still!". "I was glad that everybody was there," she says. "People videotaped it, it was great. My friend decorated the whole place with little diamonds on the table." As for the ring, "it's so beautiful," says Jodie of her 2½-carat oval sapphire, surrounded by 18 diamonds in a snowflake shape - "a one-of-a-kind original." Still, it's a bit early to put the former Full House star (who also has a two-year-old daughter, Zoie, with ex-husband Cody Herpin) on wedding watch.
